Meet Joe!

Joe is passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they pursue healing, growth, and healthier relationships. His approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Currently completing his M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University California, Joe brings a unique background in health, fitness, mentorship, and ministry into his work. Before entering the mental health field, he spent years helping people grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through fitness coaching and serving youth and young adults through life transitions, stress, and relational challenges.

Joe works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, emotional regulation, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. He uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy, always tailoring care to each client’s unique goals and needs. For clients who desire it, he also welcomes integrating Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

When he’s not in the therapy room, you can find Joe strength training, boxing, camping, watching movies, spending time with his wife and dog, or serving in church.

We’re so excited for you to get to know Joe and the heart he brings to this work!

Here are 6 simple ways to ground yourself in the moment:

Deep Breathing: Slow your inhale and exhale to calm your body
Body Scan: Notice where you’re holding tension and gently release it
Cold Water: Splash your face or hold something cold to reset your system
Sensory Check: Tune into what you can see, hear, and feel around you
Thought Labeling: Name what you’re feeling without judgment
Muscle Relaxation: Gently tense and release different muscle groups

Meet Emma 🤍

Emma is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee with a strong background in behavioral health. She spent six years working as a Registered Behavior Technician across schools, residential settings, and in-home environments, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and building skills in behavior management, crisis support, and compassionate care.

She was recently a Wellness Counselor intern at an elementary school, where she supported children’s mental and emotional well-being and worked closely with families and educators. This experience deepened her passion for helping young people grow in supportive, connected environments.

Emma’s path to becoming a therapist grew from her work in behavioral therapy, where she saw the need for more relationship-focused and family-centered care. She is especially drawn to the ways relationships shape healing and believes in supporting the whole system, not just the individual.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Capella University and is currently earning her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

In her free time, Emma enjoys music, art, journaling, running, and traveling.

Meet Stacy 🫶🏼

Stacy is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who grew up in Hong Kong and Korea before moving to the United States. Her multicultural background shapes how she understands identity, relationships, and belonging.

She previously worked in finance and education, where she developed a strong ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds. She is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents and creates a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported.

Stacy was drawn to this work through her own experience in therapy and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and better understand themselves.
