Donation Refund Policy

We deeply appreciate your generosity and support of our mission. If you made an error in your donation or have changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of your donation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card donations, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

Please note: Donations that have already been allocated to a specific program or used for charitable purposes may not be eligible for a refund.

Recurring Donation Cancellation

Your ongoing support is vital to sustaining our programs and services. However, if you need to cancel your recurring donation, you may do so at any time by contacting us. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Counseling Services Disclaimer

Our counseling services are designed to provide professional, evidence-based support. However, counseling outcomes vary by individual, and we cannot guarantee specific results. Counseling is not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harm to yourself or others, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Counseling sessions are provided by interns, associates, and licensed therapists under appropriate supervision. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of care, participation in counseling is voluntary, and clients assume responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All counseling sessions are confidential in accordance with state laws and professional ethical standards. Information you share will not be disclosed without your written consent, except in cases required by law, such as:

• Risk of harm to self or others

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult

• Court orders or other legal requirements
