Executive Director
Deryk Clark
Deryk Clark is a longtime nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of experience strengthening programs for homeless youth, foster youth, justice-involved youth, and families across Santa Clara County.
His work centers on equity, collaboration, and creating real opportunities for young people to thrive. Deryk currently serves in multiple county and community leadership roles, contributing to system improvement, youth advocacy, and community well-being.

Teresa Roush
Teresa Roush oversees the organization’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. With a strong background in human resources and organizational development, Teresa is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Passionate about team growth and efficiency, Teresa works closely with leadership to implement policies that support both employee success and organizational goals.

Brad Abel
Brad brings years of experience to the board in fundraising having lead the annual golf tournament for many years. He is a Senior Vice President of SBA & Small Business Lending for Meadows Bank.

Marc Buller
Marc brings years of experience to the board having worked with young adults and children in the justice system. He is a retired Chief Assistant District Attorney and former Founder and Executive Director of Legacy Academy Charter School.

Janet Dolezal
Janet brings years of expereince in financing to the board. She is currently the CFO at Amigos de Guadalupe and was previusly the Director of Finance at the Bill Wilson Center.

Sam Millward
Sam brings years of experience in real estate and strategy to the board. He is a Commercial Real Estate professional with California Partners, Inc., a Business Development Advisor for N3 Innovation and Chief Strategy Officer for Health Donor, a no-cost crowd-funding platform for people with unexpected medical expenses.

Alexis Steen
Alexis brings years of experience to the board in banking, financial literacy and commuity advocacy to the board. She is the Vice President Branch Manager at Mechanics Bank, Founder and CEO of Financial Literacy for All and the author of "Penny the Pig Learns to Save."
