Refund Policy

Counseling Services

We value your trust in choosing our counseling services. Please note that we do not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered, as counseling involves time and professional expertise that cannot be recovered once delivered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.

Donation Refund Policy

We deeply appreciate your generosity and support of our mission. If you made an error in your donation or have changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of your donation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card donations, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

Please note: Donations that have already been allocated to a specific program or used for charitable purposes may not be eligible for a refund.

Recurring Donation Cancellation

Your ongoing support is vital to sustaining our programs and services. However, if you need to cancel your recurring donation, you may do so at any time by contacting us at advent@adventgm.org or at 1-408-281-0708. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
