Deryk Clark
Executive Director
Deryk Clark is a longtime nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of experience strengthening programs for homeless youth, foster youth, justice-involved youth, and families across Santa Clara County. His work centers on equity, collaboration, and creating real opportunities for young people to thrive. Deryk currently serves in multiple county and community leadership roles, contributing to system improvement, youth advocacy, and community well-being.

Teresa Roush
Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources
Teresa Roush serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the organization’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. With a strong background in human resources and organizational development, Teresa is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Passionate about team growth and efficiency, Teresa works closely with leadership to implement policies that support both employee success and organizational goals. Her experience includes talent management, benefits administration, and aligning HR strategies with long-term business objectives.

Her approach centers on empowering individuals, cultivating trust, and creating an environment where every team member feels valued and equipped to succeed. Commitment to Mental Health is a cornerstone of Teresa’s vision for community well-being. As COO, Teresa champions initiatives that expand access to mental health services, particularly for Santa Clara and underserved communities. She believes that mental health care is not a privilege but a necessity—essential for building stronger families, resilient neighborhoods, and thriving workplaces. By advocating for resources and programs that remove barriers to care, Teresa ensures that the organization plays an active role in creating equitable opportunities for all.
