Trust Circles
The Trust Circle Program is an add-on to existing mental health servcies provided at permanent supportive housing developments. It is a 24-month program that was designed in collaboration with Alta Housing.
The program seeks to strengthen housing stability through peer-centered Trust Circles, resident leadership development, and a sustainable train-the-peer model. The goal is to empower residents with lived experience to become leaders within their own communities, creating a scalable framework that continues after Advent transitions to the next development.
