I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee with a diverse personal and professional background shaped by growing up in Hong Kong and Korea before coming to the United States. Living across cultures has given me a deep appreciation for identity, transition, and the many ways people experience relationships, community, and belonging.
Before entering the counseling field, I worked in finance and education. These roles strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from varied backgrounds and to build meaningful, supportive relationships. I am especially passionate about working with children and adolescents, and I strive to create a safe, empathetic space where young people feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
My path toward becoming a therapist was inspired by my own healing journey in therapy and by witnessing the transformative power of the therapeutic process. I am honored to walk alongside clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect as they navigate growth, healing, and self-discovery.
