Sarah has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in both outpatient and school-based settings. She practices from a client-centered approach and strives to create a space of safety, warmth, and acceptance in every session. Sarah is passionate about helping clients find their voice and providing a nonjudgmental environment where individuals can reflect on and process the experiences of their mind and heart.
Before entering the counseling field, Sarah worked with children on the autism spectrum in both clinic and school-based settings. While she deeply valued this work, she found her role limited in supporting the family as a whole. This experience led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling to focus on family systems.
